1. Company profile
We are a software developer based in Poland. Our product Trawers ERP/MRP
has been developed since 1990 and is used by hundreds of trade, service
and manufacturing companies. It runs on Windows and Linux.
We are a knowledge-based enterprise with over twenty years of experience
in converting business needs to IT solutions.
User profiles
Users of our software receive not only a ready-made ERP system, but also
a wealth of knowledge about enterprise management.

supplies, warehouse, payment management, accounting, to manufacturing

Our software is in high demand despite the growing competition in the field.
This is because we emphasize on international cooperation in the development
of our software, and on automation of data collection and decision-making
processes in enterprises.
In the years since we began distributing and implementing Trawers, thousands
of companies have used it, including several hundred with a number of users
over 20. The segment of companies with 20-200 users per installation is in
our experience the most demanding, but brings the most satisfaction after
a successful implementation.

Here is what we strive to in the development of our software:
* Greater availability and functionality of our product

* Lower and more predictable costs of maintenance
* Easier access to collected information for partner companies, so that
e.g. suppliers will be able to participate in procurement logistics
management (without compromising system security.)
* Opening to other systems:
* functionally: processes are standardized, so that our software can
>talk< with other software
* technologically: with the use of SOA, EDI, CSV, Web Services, ESB
* architecturally: through universal data base structures, standardized
document forms, etc.
System integration is now more important than ever. This is because
companies use more and more complex IT systems. It is no longer viable
to rely on just one system for all processes.
Clients have also grown to expect the added benefits of cooperation
between systems: the so-called synergy effect.
* More automated processes, e.g. for workflow and notifications
* Greater flexibility (adapting to the needs of companies) with preserved
integrity (strict adherence to defined rules and policies)
